Show me the money and making a profit for me

Just finished 1on1 mtg with my boss. Their evaluation to me was lower than I expected. I will get some promotion though.

I've reached a point where I seriously need to earn through a side hustle. My current potential side hustles are 3-4.

First one is business matching. Actually I have a traction and earned 30,000yen already. But it was just a one transaction. This is a B2B business and there is a partner. I’m aiming to create a business this year that generates around 50,000 yen a month in almost passive income, and I think this is my top choice.

The second one is ReFi. I'm still catching up the trend, but I was invited and joined one ReFi project. I don’t have a specific role yet, but once the project gains momentum and I’m able to contribute, I’ll receive compensation in the form of performance-based rewards. Moreover, this project is likely to move toward financial inclusion in the future, aligning with my area of interest, which makes it a project I want to nurture carefully.

The third one is a startup in Senegal. I see great potential in it—enough to consider relocating to Senegal within 2-3 years. However, it’s currently struggling with management and doesn’t generate revenue to provide income. I plan to visit the site soon and work on rebuilding it. It just started and passed 6 month though.

As for the fourth, this is honestly the one I feel I have the most control over—personal development. I want to create and sell something myself. I have an idea in the productivity field and am considering restarting my paid newsletter.

In my new year's resolution, I mentioned generating 50,000yen a month. I generated 30,000yen in total for 3 month so far. I want to close the gap and make up for it somehow.
